Thursday Three Hundred: Gorgeous Condo Inside the Sorrento, Where Amenities Are More Than an Afterthought
Share News:
The Sorrento is a really beautiful building that offers tons of great amenities to residents in a stunning, contemporary setting. If you want to capitalize on space, security, views and amenities, then you should definitely consider this building.
Marketed by Keith Yonick for $330,000 is Unit 405 inside the Sorrento, a fabulous mid-rise development just north of Northwest Highway and west of Hillcrest. It’s a great location, close to the Park Cities and tons of shopping, and a stone’s throw from the Dallas North Tollway, too.
This beautiful unit has some gorgeous finishes and a great two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath layout. This condo has gorgeous wood floors, a beautiful new kitchen with a glass subway tile backsplash, and tons of room for entertaining. It’s 1,288 square feet and is the epitome of style.
I also love that the master bedroom has a fireplace — a great idea to make this retreat cozy and romantic. The master bath is no slouch, either, with a full five-piece layout and a huge vanity. The glass brick is a bit of a turn-off, but I can look past it thanks to the garden tub.
Of course, there are amenities, such as an infinity pool (perfect for swimming laps), spa, cappuccino bar, fire pit area, fitness center, concierge, and gated access at street-level and garage. I think it’s a great unit for someone who wants to downsize and wants a lock-and-leave lifestyle. What do you think?
Nice pool! That location is so premium. You are steps away from both 75 and the North Tollway, in between Downtown/Uptown and North Dallas, and a stone's throw from NorthPark!
