Just confirmed with Allie Beth Allman that she is indeed listing the beautiful White Rock Lake mansion of John and Teresa Amend. Not in MLS but listed for $29,500,000. (What did I guessstimate? $28,000,000? Not bad!) That does not include the furnishings but does include all ten acres, the guest house and bowling alley, which are both incredible, the home and the swimming pool, which was the very first in Dallas.
