Britt Lopez has done it again! She’s found an adorable Tudor in Hollywood Heights, her own backyard!

I swear, practically everyone who isn’t moving to Lochwood or Ash Creek is moving to Hollywood Heights. It’s a great area full of adorable Tudors, and 1118 Valencia is no exception. Built in 1936, this home just breathes charm!

This home has two bedrooms, one bath, and more than 1,500 square feet on an oversized lot. Everything is fresh and well cared for, and while I dislike most antique tile bathrooms, this one is actually adorable!

There are some really lovely details in this home — arched doorways, vaulted ceilings, and a cute covered front porch —and the kitchen has been completely redone with gorgeous white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The abundance of windows lets in plenty of light, too!

While this home is listed as a two-bedroom house, there is a bonus room just off the master that is great for a nursery. There’s plenty of room for an office, or even a few pieces of exercise equipment.

The backyard is a great place for kids to run around while parents sip libations on the brick patio. It really is a gardener’s dream, with tons of room to add your own plantings!

And it’s affordable, too! This home is on the market for just $300,000! What a steal!
