Richard and Leanne Malouf Are Suing Me, Byron Harris, WFAA-TV, and Luke & Owen Wilson’s Mother, Laura Wilson

Well I had an interesting day. Started at the North Dallas MLS Meeting, ended up in court. Seems Dr. Richard Malouf and his wife want a temporary restraining order against me, Byron Harris, WFAA-TV, and Laura Wilson, mother of Owen Wilson, who lives next door to Richard and Leanne. That’s right, they are suing their next-door neighbor. This is all public record, and I have to be in court at 8:30 a.m. so happy reading — oh the part about climbing on Mrs. Wilson’s roof and the camera in the closet, to quote a dear friend of mine: You just can’t make this *%#$@! up!

Well, actually, I guess you CAN!

Hmmm…Sounds like someone needs to pull up their pants from around their ankles, put the ruler away, and man-up to the hand they were delt. Wiener envy will eventually ruin the rest of their life. I can now understand why dentists have one of the heighest suicide rates – hated by 90% of the population in addition to having their own severe inadequacy issues just exponentially compound the problem.

David Jones says:

This could all be solved if everyone got together at Laura Wilson’s home and had a Wes Anderson film festival featuring all of his movies starring Owen and Luke. You can’t be mad watching one of those movies.

Can someone please tell me how to get into Scrib’d. Please????? I would appreciate the help a kot. Thank you.

David Martin says:

Keep up the good work. This dentist is a disgusting human being, as are his lawyers. Classic "lawsuit abuse" if you ask me. The courts have better things to do. Calling the trash "trash" is not slander.

Veree Brown says:

The fraud is awful in those dental practices from what I have read and takes away resources from the programs serving those most in need. The investigators need to act and fix these issues. Thanks for shedding light on these issues.

Candy Evans says:

@Senrac: I hear what you are saying, and I think you have some great points — especially when it comes to legislation. Hopefully you have read my posts concerning this. But the most important point is for you to know that just because someone, in this case Dr. and Mrs. Malouf, said I did something does not make it the truth. I did not climb the neighbor’s roof, trespass past private gates, use zoom lenses, bribe anybody, invade a child’s birthday party, lay in wait for anyone, none of it. NONE!

Sensei says:

Congratulations, Candy, and keep up the good work. You and Byron wouldn’t be getting this reaction from Malouf if you hadn’t hit the mark.

I’m still laughing at Tim Rogers’ desperate attempt to mine some relevance for D Magazine ("Candy used to work for us, and I can spell Strait Lane") out of your hard work while adroitly singling you out from the rest of the defendants in order to cloak his thinly-veiled schadenfreude over your being sued in the special back-handed faux concern D typically reserves for ex-employees and interviewees with no more perceived value. Poor Tim, clearly in a former life he was one of those miniature dogs which lurk under the settees of the wealthy and dart out to bite guests on the back of the ankle when they’re not looking. Wick was really fortunate to find him in human form.

You put your war face on, Candy, and don’t let any nay-sayer get you down. Malouf is the type of roach which ruins health care for everyone, most especially the poor, and he deserves to be taken down as hard and as fast as possible. Too bad D Magazine didn’t have the courage to do it themselves.
