Uptown Real Estate News: Little Agent Change-Over at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Missy…

Share News:

The beautiful Missy Woehr, who is truly as beautiful on the inside as she is the outside, and a hot-shot agent to boot, has moved her Allie Beth Allman chair cushion over to join Kyle Crews and the rest of the Allie Beth Urban gang at the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton. Next week I hope to show you an amazing unit there, a two-bedroom turned into a two bedroom with studio, all sleek contemporary by designer Abbe Fenimore, that you will need smelling salts for. Truly. And isn’t Abbe adorable?

Whom, you may ask, did Missy replace. Well, you can never replace Josh Ellis, but after seven years on the Uptown development working with The Ritz, Crescent, Traditions Management and Allie Beth Allman, Josh is now Sales & Marketing Director for Long Cove Development, Inc.,  a new Don McNamara (CityPlace) development at Cedar Creek Lake.

Yep, another gorgeous high-end development over at Cedar Creek, Long Cove Development has already churned dirt on phase one of Long Cove, a new luxury residential second home community on the best part of Cedar Creek Lake, which is only about 75 minutes southeast of Dallas. Not to fear: the SecondShelters crew will be kicking tires soon. Proximity, hence the appeal for a vacation home, as I may have mentioned.

Long-Cove is situated on the south side of the lake, on more than 900 acres. Final build-out will include 300 homes, while the initial phase includes 33 lakefront properties. Residents can choose among pre-designed homes, or customize their own. Lots range up to 2.5 acres per lot.

The site will have an amphitheater, hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a pool, among other amenities, catering towards affluent Dallas families with school-age kids. A complete second home community.

Like most second home hot spots, Don McNamara, owner and developer for Long Cove, has owned a family home on Cedar Creek Lake for nearly 20 years and just loves the area.

Thanks guys! Really excited to expand into the world of The Residence at the Ritz Carlton.
I'll still be representing all my favorite friends and clients outside of the Residence, so I'm trying to figure out how to clone myself. Maybe a "mini-me" is in order?? I don't know, but I'm feeling very blessed these days.
