Though you won’t find a putting green, you will find everything else your heart could possibly want or even dream of having in this 8696 square foot Brookside Estates honey at 7048 Turtle Creek Lane. Where do I even begin? Pour a glass of wine and flip through this link: I cannot find a favorite room. I just love them all, from the formals to the media room, wine cellar, great master suite with his and her baths —-forget separate potties, hell, every man and women who live together needs to have separate potties! There is the loaded to the hilt kitchen, smooth and clean finish out and fixtures that will make you swoon. I LOVE this: underground parking for 4 cars (so you don’t swallow so much of the lot, though at almost half an acre nothing to sneeze at), geothermal HVAC, HUGE bedrooms, and a fancy-pants A/C system so complex I guarantee I can break it by looking at it! Outside-to-die-for room, too, with grilling paraphenelia and a living room feel. And get this: half the furnishings are included in the sales price. The home was custom built in 2007 on almost half an acre of primo HP dirt. So I am not shocked by the asking price, which is almost DCAD value.
Dissappointed, perhaps, because that’s a huge lotto I have to win to affford this crib, but not surprised. Where are the Leonards now? Why are they leaving this Eden? Stay tuned!
