I got the feeling this home has not been updated in years, hence the price reduction. For me, personally, this is the perfect home because I want to choose all materials. So if you are like me (a control freak) you would rather rip out the old blue tiles and get some soapstone counters rather than go into a home that has been re-done in everything you don’t likey. Makes ripping out so hard.
