Yes, we have our $30 million dollar Manson Court mansions, our Mt. Vernon and Troy’s pad, if he ever decides to put Highland Drive back on the market. Of course, if the Hicks ever put The Crespi Estate on the market, it would blow them all out of the water. Speaking of water, why not get away from the maddening crowd and head for Lake Lewisville’s Sunrise Bay? Say you dream of coming home every night to a peaceful water retreat, rather than pining for it at your second home while you stare at your neighbor’s fence Monday through Friday: Sunrise Bay at Lake Lewisville is for you. Not terribly far from I-35 and the Dallas North Toll road, this neighborhood is located in the charming town of Little Elm. It’s probably faster to DFW from here than my house now, thanks to the abortion that is LBJ. And forget the plains: this home is located on a 3.81 acre cul de sac with a CLIFF, an entire 35 foot drop with spectacular lake views.
It’s my mansion and I LOVE it! This is what we call a STEAL! Darling uber contemporary condo at 3883 Turtle Creek Blvd., otherwise known as Twenty-One Turtle Creek Condos, unit 701 is a one-bedroom, one bath, one living area deal — 862 square feet in all. You do get a garage spot, too. The view is like Za Za Gabor used to say, “I just adore a Pent House view!”. The unit is way over-designed inside, which is great for the buyer: museum sculpted walls, Brazilian floors, art lighting & an open gourmet limestone kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The living room is 16 by 24 feet long. Then there’s the master, 11 by 16, including a mammoth “executive closet” — I like the sound of that! — the size of DFW. I love love love the limestone bath and double shower.
This cute little puppy at 10142 Apple Creek Drive in Dallas has been updated and is ready for Mama Bear, Papa Bear and the cubs to move right in. 2619 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths and two living areas. Built in 1979 but totally updated from the studs — new kitchen with those three must haves: cabinets, granite and stainless steel. The roof is new, foundation repaired, and all baths have granite. This area is also relatively close in, near Audelia Forest/LBJ, and mercifully on the OTHER side of construction. I mean, are we not avoiding west bound LBJ from Preston at all costs?
