There is this young man named Rucker Hill. His mother is Nathan Grace Real Estate dynamo Peggy Hill. Now Rucker is apparently remodeling homes with Rucker Design & Build, and we are so very glad — look at this baby! This is a 1973 era home, and those years are very hot with young buyers, I hear. You get over 2000 square feet and the necessities of three bedrooms, two and a half baths, two living areas. You get a creek lot (almost 1/3rd acre) in Lake Highlands and you get style, baby. Tri level: we were discussing tri-levels just this week. Two-thirds of the homes on Long Island are tri-levels. I think we ought to have a national Tri-Level Day! The living/den here is on the second level, with walls of glass, and that coveted open kitchen-dining.
