This home happens to be owned, according to public records, by Jair Cosar, co-founder of the Fogo de Chao Brazilian churrascaria restaurant chain. The Dallas-based company, which currently has 16 units in the United States, opened its seventh Brazilian unit last June in Rio de Janeiro, a new store in Vegas in November and one in Orlando, Fla., in January. The 30-year-old chain was founded in Brazil by brothers Jair and Arri Coser.
