Tuesday Not Just Two Hundred, or Tuesday-Great-To-Be-An-American LESS THAN $200,000! (We Have a Secret Neighborhood)

Yes, we do. And it’s in the city of Dallas, seven miles from downtown. Ever heard of Glen Oaks in Oak Cliff? Located south of Loop 12, where I picked up Father’s Day barbeque at Sweet Georgia Browns, mid-way betwixt I35 and 67, there is a cluster of mid century homes CUSTOM BUILT in the 1950′s and 1960′s called Glen Oaks. You get strong homes and large lots for, well, almost as much as I paid for barbeque. OK, maybe a little more but the terrain is hilly, it’s loaded with trees and the community in insular, secluded by only thirteen entrances. And talk about mid century mana! (Seriously, I’m not even going to tell you the price of this house. It is RIDICULOUS!)
