Like most too-cute Oak Cliff homes, this one is marketed by Crystal Gonzalez of David Griffin & Co. Seriously, she seems to get the best listings! This adorable house, which has three bedrooms, two baths, and more than 2,000 square feet, is priced at a recently reduced $334,000. I think that might be the sweet spot for this listing.

Tuesday Two Hundred: Hampton Hills Has It! Find Great Location, Beautiful Interiors, And a Splendid Community

I am constantly cruising listings, looking for properties that I love. I stumbled across 1503 S. Montreal Blvd. listed by Crystal Gonzalez of David Griffin & Company purely by chance (trust me, you can ask her!). There is so much I love about this house, like the blue awnings, the stone exterior, and the cozy front porch, that I couldn’t just pass it by. And neither should you, for that matter.

Tuesday Two Hundred: All of The Charm of a Winnetka Heights Craftsman With None of The Work

Lots of young folks moving to Oak Cliff are looking for a charming older home with great bones. They’re looking for fixer-uppers, diamonds in the rough, and plenty of room for sweat equity.

To me, however, that sounds like a lot of work. (If that makes me sound lazy, well, color me guilty.)

If I were looking for a home in Oak Cliff, I’d snag one of these adorable Winnetka Heights Craftsman bungalows where someone else has poured in the blood, sweat, and trips to the hardware store so I don’t have to.
