Michael Jenkins # 31 Lists His Turtle Creek Pad at The Sorrento — Adios, Big D?

I am very excited that Michael Jenkins is putting this pad on the market — want to know why? I am dying to see what The Sorrento looks like! The Sorrento is a luxury mid-rise in Preston Hollow that was built about 2006 or so. I hear it is just hot stuff, and now Bill Griffin is marketing the properties.
I remember the namesake Italian restaurant that was located at this address years ago. It was behind the post office on Turtle Creek, and there was a wonderful fortune teller at the bar. Great food. Many memories. In any case, Michael Jenkins, now a cornerback for the Oakland Raiders, lived here when he played for the Cowboys. Now he wants to shed this three bedroom, three and one half bath condo with a terrace off of the main living area. Amenities include an infinity edge pool, entertainment deck, a cappuccino bar (how cool is that!), a business center, gym and concierge. I do not have to tell you about the location unless you have just arrived here from, oh, say Chechnya. This particular pad, 8616 Turtle Creek #412, is about 2044 square feet and comes with a two car garage space.
I need to seriously check this place out. You know I am ga-ga over the Pink Wall. The location, as I said, rules: a block or so off Northwest Highway, Central to your east, Dallas North Tollway to your west, and Northwest Highway to take you just about anywhere. NorthPark! Preston Center! Central Market and Tom Thumb at Preston Royal! A better route to DFW than LBJ for the next four years! Listing agent, none other than Rogers Healy, who seems to be repping every major Dallas sports star.
The Sorrento is sounding like a pretty decent deal. I wonder if they serve a good carbonara at that Cappucino bar?
