Larry Hagman, a.k.a. J.R. Ewing, Rest In Peace

He did more for Dallas fame and real estate values than anyone, and we will miss him dearly. Everyone in the world will see this image — J.R. Ewing and his Dallas ranch — and plant in their brains that image of how great, big, and spread out our homes are. On Saturday evening, I caught our own Bud Gillette on CNN, standing right in front of this world-famous house, telling the world how much Dallas loved Larry Hagman. He will be missed, not just by us, but his fellow actors. Deepest condolences to his family, and may he rest in peace.
