I learned today that while Erin Mathews did help Brian and Barbara Pratt acquire their home on Shenandoah, she was not the agent of record for their recent purchase of Troy Aikman’s lot over there on Highland. Who was? Their son, Ken Pratt, who also works through Allie Beth Allman. Called the young man but he would not/could not talk to me because of confidentiality clauses even with his parents! I have learned, though, he is THEE man to watch in the real estate biz. Ken is super duper sharp and manages, I’m told, the family’s real estate acquisitions in both residential and commercial. He’s also adorable, and if not hitched, I’m sure every young lass in town will be upping my page-views today, drooling over his clean-cut good looks.
