I THINK we are selling the house, but it’s hard to tell here. Someone please teach this agent how to hire a photographer! Oh, and while you are at it, pick up the trash before you snap!

Contestants for Amateur Hour Realty regularly post out of focus and overly dark pictures of the interior. Also pictures without any sense of order (kitchen then backyard, then a bedroom, then the entry, etc) or the worst (IMO), posting a picture of a bathroom with the toilet lid(s) up!! It wouldn't take 2 seconds to put the stupid lids down so that I am focusing on the bathroom, not the open toilet bowl.
