Those Maroon Real Estate Signs in GCB Look Awfully, Awfully Familiar…

Agent Heather with HOME Real Estate? (Someone’s “always sitting on her face.”) And who in Dallas real estate says stuff like, “you can always work with another agent, but they will charge you a fee…”

Hmm. Anyone?

My favorite part of Sunday night’s debute episode was looking at Bluffview homes near Love Field two inches from Southwest’s runway.

we've all heard the saying "you get what you pay for", I think that applies to most things in life, even real estate. Even as an agent we have to decide what is important to us from an office/firm we want to join and make concessions at times to be part of a specific company. I sincerely feel like one of the biggest assets I bring to a client, is the agents I work with (and their networks of clients).

I'm pretty sure that comment about working for no commission was aimed at the other sign in Park Cities that carries the name of a lady – the lady with two first names. Everyone in The Bubble knows that if you want to list your home and be charged NO commission at all, you call her company. You just have to promise to buy through them in return for the free service. But, alas, you do get what you pay for.
