Joan Eleazer with Briggs 2009-2010 for $27,500,000 (without all the acreage)
Cindy Frey with CB 2010-2011 for $69,900,000 ( acreage thrown back in)
brief gap in 2010 but back on the market at the same price with Cindy at the same price,
Joan Eleazer with Briggs 2011 til today for $35,000,000 ( with 38 acres but not the big acreage)
My favorite parts of this palace are the lady's master bath/closet and the back veranda.

Unfortunately, the original price tag of $65.5MM should have never happened. It was never worth that much, and the agent actually did the clients a disservice by planting an image of sugarplum fairies dancing in their heads.

The dirt's not worth very much. I can tell you that! Perhaps $2MM for 38 acres?? I think they'll be lucky to get $7MM for the entire estate at auction—could be more, could be less. Depends how badly someone wants it. I'm not sure how badly anyone wants that tax bill and upkeep cost though!
