So new is The House, and so bad the timing with the economy, we wonder just who’s living there. Bobby says almost 25% occupied, but I unearthed a story about an original buyer — buyers — who have been living at The House since 2009. Practically grandfathered in!

I’ve heard they are selling now $200K below what they were in 2008 and anyone who bought then might be underwater. But they are cutting some great deals. I like the House better than W.
Does anyone else think it is strange that not a single sale at The House has ever been disclosed on MLS? Doesn’t give me much faith in a building that is 25% occupied, going on 3 years old. I have 2 friends who live there and bought as new construction. It is a really amazing building with great units, terraces, and views. But, they got burned by buying in 2008.
