Homeowner Plunges Into Dallas Real Estate Rental Market—Literally

Share News:

This home on Livingston near Highland Park Village was first listed for $2.6, then lowered to $2.495. Now it’s leased. All is well and good, in fact, more than good. We have a happy landlord and a happy tenant who plans to put a swimming pool in the backyard.

That’s right, she’s leasing a $2.5 million dollar home that needs a pool, so she’s just putting one in herself. I mean, we are 70 days into triple digits!

The times, they are a changing!

The pool will be off this covered patio & outdoor kitchen.

Wow, that's a bit much. Is the landlord kicking in at all for the pool or is it a very long lease?
